steve...coming from a car nut like you...take that as a big compliment...:-)

have done just over 8k miles since picking up in feb from a great guy with a large fcar collection. figured first fcar had to be a front V12. more i drive it...more i like it. it has fhp (fiorano handling package) which imo is a big improvement and stops the porpoising these cars can do without it.

as expected...completely different than turbo...think cruise missile vs. go cart. a true gt. those ponies do best out on a highway running...

best

quad/johnanthony:

spot on with the clunking(metal-metal tapping at low speed)...strut tops. noise only showed up after long drives...took to shop, couldn't duplicate w mechanic...drove for another 40 minutes...was then able to hear/find/link to strut tops

shimmy/loose feeling: essential everything new in rear...all new bushings in rear/control arms/transmission mount/subframe mounts etc. and again replaced all rotors/pads (prior shop ?used oem)...don't ask how much...you don't want to know.

but car is like new; all that matters.
