Mine is a ringer for yours, with 11000 mi

Bought it about 5 wks ago because I could tell this market is about to bubble up. Well, actually bought it because it is about the coolest car Porsche ever made for mere mortals. I know I'm preaching to the choir here...

Anyway, get them while you can, if "S's" don't come down, TT's will go up, way up

I feel like I got a bargain...!

high mileage cars are worth practically nothing. These things fall off a cliff above say 50k miles. I doubt I'd get more than $45k for my 84k mile car.

Ray sells absolutely first class product in pristine condition so..... those who know his reputation and are after the finest examples will pay a good dollar. I expect he'll get close to $110 for that if not in N. America at least elsewhere.

+ 1. The market will speak to what it's worth and whether the pricing is "ridiculous." Go find another one with these miles . . . you won't find many. What is more, it matters not whether the vast majority of prospective buyers consider it overpriced because all it takes is one that does not.

Quad may have valid point about the high miles threshold, a friend recently forwarded me this one for sale. Def one of the lower price TT's I've seen on the market.

Anyone here know anything about it?

Don't buy it. Someone let it get rained on. Awful.

when I was looking at TT's 3 years ago (close the the economic BOTTOM) Marshall Goldman

http://www.mgmsl.com/mcontent/home.html

had TWO 993 Turbo's each with only 10K miles. I was to naive at the time to know how rare they were. One was black and one was Ocean Metallic Blue. The black was $89K and the blue was $84K. I called a week later (after my 1st conversation with them) and found out that one buyer bought both of them for about $80K each. I wanna puke now thinking about that.

PM Red96M3 as I know he personally inspected the car and considered buying it recently but passed.

Goldman had one with 2-3000 miles in an awful color combo about 2 mo ago he was asking $124K, it went out at $120K. No BS. I was kind of not totally into it because of the color, but it was gone in a few days of the listing.

Yawn. That car is plain jane with the exception of the miles. 11k miles is too much for a serious collector wanting to pay $115k, and anybody who actually likes to use the thing (perish the thought, i know) will face an instant $2.50/mile depreciation and ruining any collectability, making the purchase financially asinine.

There is no doubt Ray sells high quality vehicles, but in my opinion, no 993TT produced, S or not, is worth $115k. Don't like it? Pay the ask and prove me wrong.

I am glad I bought mine when I did. It is nice to know these cars are holding their value. I wonder if the price has peaked and now we will see some adjustment in the marketplace. It also looks like there have been a lot of buyers recently.

as much as a i hate to say it, thats pretty much true. The car is worth way more to you than it is to anyone else.

If you were to sell, i think it would take a very long time to find a buyer, and I don't think you'd see anything over maybe $30k....well maybe with the new motor.

the sad truth about these cars is that most of the people use them very infrequently and therefore don't accumulate much mileage. the next guy does the same, and then you got a 20 year old car thats got 15k miles on it from 4 owners. sad really.
