Default 993TT COA

My COA arrived from PCNA yesterday. I know there are mixed feelings about COA "value added" and purpose but I think it is a neat document specific to my car.
There is good agreement between the COA and window sticker however I was wondering if anyone else could verify the MSPR on the COA excludes the destination charge. Mine excludes the destination charge but it includes the gas gullzer tax. Not sure how they decided which incidentals to include and exclude in the COA MSRP.

I need to look at mine again, but IIRC, mine does not include the MSRP info, and I wish it did.

The COA does not include the total MSRP. There is also destination charge, bs taxes, documents fee, and maybe some additional dealer extras.

You can purchase through the PCNA web site. Cost about $100.

I think that would look nice framed in my garage or on the wall in the study...may order one myself.

I think so. Here in the Netherlands they refer to it as "birth certificate" (geboorte certificaat). Have not seen one yet so don't know if they are identical.

I checked my COA yesterday, again. It does not have the MSRP listed on the document like Entropy's. I am guessing that when the prior owner of my Turbo purchased this certificate from PCNA, he did not have the original window sticker.

Entropy, can you confirm that you submitted a copy of your window sticker with your application? I think if this is done together, you gat a more accurate/complete COA. Thanks.

Cool, so if the car was originally a german delivery car, one would have to turn to Germany to get this?

Mine was also originally delivered in Germany. What I understand from the Dutch Porsche website is that your local dealer performs the appropriate check for your car. So if it's originally delivered in Germany I would expect them to check that. I will ask my local Porsche dealer at my next visit.

But the only difference between my COA MSRP and original window stick MSRP is the destination charge. i.e. the delta in numbers is the $765 destination fee. The COA MSRP included all of those other misc fees.

I did NOT provide the window sticker with the order form. All data was based on what PCNA retrieved. How long ago did you order yours?

Doesn't the 'destination charge' differ with the destination?
