If you like the way the car spools up with stock K16s then stick with them or go with 16/24 hybrids. I find anything bigger too laggy, regardless of programming. I'm very happy to be back to stock K16s; lovely

Just to clarify, do the K16/24 hybrids have the K16 turbines and the K24 compressors? Thanks.

I think Spartan has a used set of hybrids that are extremely well priced...

I also have a set of low mile UMW stage 2's with all the options (zero clearance, ported wastegates, ceramic coated hotsides, uprated actuator springs etc.) if you're interested.
I'm in the process of swapping the Tial A28's which need quite a lot of extra engineering to fit.

I installed factory new K24's on my 993TT with the usual FPR and now Danske sport mufflers. I used a new 1997 ECU programmed by FVD and the difference is dramatic. At least 80hp improvement but the added torque is also amazing. I drive it in the summer almost as my daily driver with no driveability issues unless a pesky F430 bothers me then it's color me gone. Really great conversion and very little lag. Good luck!
