Amazingly went off at 0 bids with no reserve at $95K. I think that's another benchmark ...

If a proper PPI reveals no real worries then $95k is a hell of a price. Both sets of wheels for $95K? Keep the originals sell the second set. Hunt down an intercooler if one chooses or keep the one that comes with it. The color may not be to everyones liking but it is a rare color on a Turbo S. For less than $10k one might be able to pull off the right interior scheme. Heck it already has some mods so why not continue the trend and give it a few more tastefully mods. I mean its already been violated so why not.

If true, the dealer would seem to be commiting fraud. The ad leaves no question that the car is an original turbo s: "1 of 182!"

Wow, well, I'm stunned ... but think about it. Who, but a lawyer with a bone to pick, would sue ... but how did they get the Autocheck system to list it as an 'S'?

If someone buys it and later discovers that it is not an original S, it'd probably pay to sue. I'm not a lawyer, but I can't imagine that it'd be hard to win a case liek that unless the dealer makes a pretty clear disclosure before the sale. The ad states it is a turbo S, "1 of 182!"

The intercooler, pipes, seats, wheels, . ., it is suspicious at least.

Oh, yes, of course someone who actually buy's it would probably sue, I was just talking about the obvious lying in the eBay ad. I guess it could be reported to eBay .. kind of like reporting stock fraud to Bernie Madoff ...
