wanted 993tt wheels
#2
I'm hesitant to post this becuase I don't want to put any effort into selliong them, but I have a spare set of original 993 Turbo S wheels that I'd sell. I just don't want to deal with advertising them or shipping them. They are straight, unbent, etc., but need to be refinished. the previosu owner used something too abrasive, and then my movers put them face down so that they are scratched as well. My plan was to take them to Protosport in NJ and them restored and have their original TTS finish put on (i think they know how to do it, and have done it, or least have someone who can).
Probably won't work for you, Turbodan, but I thought I'd mention it. Plus, they have the "Turbo S" center caps. Don't want to hijack the thread. Would sell them for something like $2500 OBO picked up at my house.

no trouble thanks for offering but that is more than I would like to pay at this time and the non-s ones would be more appropriate for me. someone on here probably will want yours however.

parsonii: I will take them (as long as they are not chrome), looks like they have no curb rash or other damage.
where are you located? do you have any boxes for shipping by chance?
we can continue this via email dannykroll@hotmail.com or by phone
Spidey: if I pass I will let you know.

If the tires on Parsonii's wheels are shot (or more than 5 years old), I'd suggest dismounting them to make the shipping easier, smaller, lighter, and less expensive. Very fair price, too. Use lots of shrink wrap too.

When I bought mine they were well represented by the seller (Rennlist brother) but obviously had some miles on them. The seller's tire shop damaged one wheel when removing a tire. That was a blessing. It gave me an excuse to have all four refinished and powder coated. The tire shop covered the one they damaged.
