Hi adam,
awesome car! I am a German living in Nuremberg, so just 1 hour away from you. Maybe we can get together some time this year for a nice "cars and beer" kind of a event :-)

Adam if i didn't mention it earlier congrats on an excellent purchase the car in your avatar appears to
be a very sanitary and at the very least rapid addition to your fleet.
If it were me facing your concerns I would first determine if my skills were up to the task before me..
An Andial 3.8 TT is certainly no slouch and it might pay just to see how much of it's current capabilities
you will ascertain...just an FYI ,thanks Bert

not street legal in Germany! Race wheels don't have TÜV type approval.
Jochen: How can you close me up? On what grounds?
El Guapo: I'm shocked, shocked to find that you sold me illegal wheels! (in Germany anyway)
[a croupier hands El Guapo a pile of money]
Croupier: Your winnings, sir.
El Guapo: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much.
[aloud]
El Guapo: Everybody out at once!
Scott:
Vive La Difference!
With apologies to Crocodile Dundee:
That's not a wheel.
Now THAT"S a wheel!

1996 Andial 3.8 Turbo 630Hp
Adam, when you move the car the Germany you will have to change your signature as your American horses will mutate into German ones and become more like 540PS if all is well - a trip to a Maha Prufstand will verify

I'm hoping for around 621PS when the all is built and serviced.

You won't have more than about 540PS, the turbos are not big enough and the Andial intercoolers not efficient enough. We got some GPS acceleration numbers once from an Andial 3.8, Jimmy who owned Blackie and it was low 500s hp performance. Like I said put it on the Maha when in De, the Manthey one is particularly good (only 2 hours from you) with excellent realistic cooling, they load it hard to reveal your real hp

I stop in every now and then and wanted to respond. Since I no longer have Blackie, I don't have a dog in this fight as they say, but I wanted to make a few comments. Horsepower ratings are like religion and politics. The beauty of the 3.8 is the torque not the Hp.
So here's some observations based upon my recollection. The Andial ratings of their 3.8 twin plug is on the same engine dyno that Porsche MotorSport uses to certify their Cup Car rebuilds which is conservative. I viewed my motor and it did in fact make over 570hp. I also viewed a 3.6 twin plug and it made 549 hp. The intercoolers were up graded versions.
Secondly, Blackie on GPS would trap over 130 mph in the quarter mile and as high as 133. You won't get that mph with low 500 hp with a 3500 lbs car.
In head to head with the ultimate Ruf Ctr Sport on the straights the 3.8 Andial is faster.
Jimmy is out.

You kindly did some data logging for the 60 -130 and it revealed exactly what I said.
There is no mystery here, Andial 3.8 993tt owners, do the data logging 60-130, no silly 6bling downhills and prove me wrong - please
