Default anyone have any knowledge on resonators for our engines?

I'm kinda getting tired of the boat sound of my muffler bypass. I can't fit my TechArt sport mufflers (sitting patiently in a box) without cutting and plating to fit my wide body 964.

I don't want to introduce too much weight or restrictive cooling to the turbos. I thought maybe resonators would be better.

Anybody have any Intell on resonators??

Years ago I mounted a complete 993NA exhaust in my '93 RSA.. And that was on the narrow-body platform. You have to fit and re-weld the muffler hangers that mount to the cam housings. You will also have to re-route the oil lines to the oil filter. It's alot of work but it's nice to have a quiet system.

I have fabspeed maxflow mufflers I'd sell but they drone. Basically they use resonators. Their old mufflers were more quiet, didn't drone, worked great, and were light but developed holes that melted my bumper.
