Which scrape bar (think that's what it's called?) should I get to screw under the front bumper? Where can I get it? Thanks a bunch.

I wouldn't bother. It just makes your car 1-2" lower and more prone to scraping. I don't have one (had one on a former 993), my car is RS +5 height, and I don't scrape. I live in the city too.

 

I have one and utilize its capabilities once in a while. I understand it does not work with the turbo S front chin spoiler

Correct, that's why I did not order one from Gert, too.

 

I bought one from Gert and he sold me some spacers to work with the chin spoiler. I haven't put it on yet though, so can't tell you how it works.

 

I have an unused one from Gert if anyone wants a deal.

will this work with a ruf front end?

 

I had it repaired and resprayed inside and out but it was $$$ for nothing. If only I would have know it doesn't work with the S spoiler.

I ordered one from Ruf but then sent it back since it wouldn't fit. I have heard that they don't give the total protection that we would like to think that we get.
