I am very sorry to pass along sad news. Many of you here, knew Tom well. A great man, great contributor to Rennlist, and Porsche enthusiast.

I learned recently that Tom passed on March 4th. He long battled cancer. He was 44 and cremated.

I was privileged to meet Tom back in November when I purchased his '97 993 Turbo.

My prayers to his wife, Jen, and family.

So young to go ... RIP

 

A truely wonderful man who loved his family and cherished life. He counted his blessings every day. I'm lucky to have known him. My condolances to his wonderful wife and kids.

 

That's just such sad news. Although I have never met any of you guys in a way I feel I know you, and I feel for his family.

My condolences go out to Uncle Tom's family. he was a very special guy. I had a unique relation with him that he had tried to buy my car before me and paid for my ppi. there was a misunderstanding between him and the PO and I ended up with the car. It was like we were distant relatives who never met...I joked he was my rich uncle since he paid for the PPI. Truly a great guy that Rennlist will miss dearly. My prayers are with you "Uncle Tom".

Very sad, I asked Steve (ca993twin) just a few weeks back whatever happened to Thomas (MD11PLT)? Steve thought he was doing well since the last time he spoke to him his cancer was in remission. Attached is a link to when Thomas met up with Steve. May he RIP.
