I have to say they look great Bert. Almost liquid in that last shot (first batch). Is the heigo cage painted the same color? The wheelcentres are lot darker than the stahlgrau (P61W) that the original GT2 wheels use. I like yours better!

A shame you have spent so much money and time and haven't got through a full body restoration
i.e. there are still some parts of your body in arena red (the inner arches, inner body, etc.)

Or am i wrong?

That's like saying you spent spo much time and money but didin't do it right.

Uh, considering the busy-ness of the shop and the quality of the work they put-out, you can rest assured that "(the inner arches, inner body, etc.)" have been painted as well.

Yes, some of the pics show the arena red.. however the car had been put on it's wheels a couple of times to check fitment of various pieces, ride height, etc.. and just to move it around the shop. Pics get taken in the prcess.

So yes, you're wrong.

Yes onboost is correct, those are earlier shots when inner arches, trunk and eng compartment had yet to be addressed..
i'm currently on the left coast checking a few other projects as well as this one and believe me the photos do not do it justice!
i left the shop basically speechless yesterday because essentially coming to grips with the kind of raw
beast this car really has become....and the fit and finish excellent!
yes the heigo bar is refinished in the same hue as the wheel centers and really the photos almost darken the color but seen in real daylight it is the dark steel grey of the factory center...
Onboost may take it's preparation somewhat personally since he was present on its last outing years ago!

Hey Thatcher thought you might recognize those... a little more period correct than the set of GT3 recaros
I intended to install...
Nearly complete waiting on final fitment of undertray panels and wheel arch w/extension fab...Bert
