I have offered 67K and told them I would only come look at it if they accept the offer, but have been P.M.ed about the some bad experiences with this particular dealer, so it has my wondering.

are you sure its a '97? the color looks more like polar silver over flemenco red (which is more of a 96 combo) instead of artic over boxster .. but cant tell from the photos.
In general, i dont think well of ManhattMotorCars, so please check everything they say

Manhattan doenst enjoy the best reputation. Last year they were selling RS's at 100K over MSRP and the attitude was thats our price and You WILL like it.
I believe that car was the one Jerry Rice originally ordered. I dont know much about it since
then but thats pretty distinctive so someone else should know more about it.

Check with member "One of Twenty" who has a Polar Silver/Flamenco Red 993TT. He may be selling.

It was for sale on ebay in June and July 2007 from Ray Catena Motor Cars (NJ), asking $85K starting bid with 29,454 miles, then showed up in Aug 2007 from Robb Francis Motor Cars (NJ) with 29,499 miles for $78,800 buy it now. So now with 30,238 miles, I'll conclude it has been making the rounds at dealerships for the past 2 years. Carfax should be interesting to see if he title has changed hands that many times of late.

Colors are perfect for a Buckeye fan. :-)

I have ebay web page archives, no real details in those ads, PM if interested.

Would anyone have the VIN# of the car is being discussed in this post? I ask because I think I may have found it for sale again...
