Default 96 Red Turbo 4,000 miles

My new to me 993 Turbo arrived the other day. A few pics after a quick wash. I plan on some RUF conversion stuff down the road. I'm currently knee deep in my Dino Ferrari restoration.

That's amazing! Are you going to put any miles on it or keep it as a garage queen?

Nice GT3RS too.

Treated me great. They reduced the price enough that I believe I got a fair deal. It will not be a garage queen. I had been looking for Red/Tan for awhile and I saw this on Ebay. I bid $75,000 several times but never reached reserve. I finally called and we made a deal. I paid in the low $80,000's. The car looks and drives like a brand new car. Not a scratch or rock chip anywhere. I used to have a Red/Tan 96 Turbo that I sold about 4 years ago. I have missed it ever since. I won't do something stupid like that again.

For the near future i plan on putting a set of coilovers on it and some RUF RG5 wheels if i can find a place to get them. Any leads would be helpful! Later i'll be doing a RUF body kit, turbo kit, engine work, race seats, and all the other goodies. It will be a little while as im knee deep in a Dino restoration. You can check it out at ferrari chat in the 246 section. I go as "omgjon" there.

Thanks for all the kind words!
Jon

great plans for the car but personally and i am sure others may agree that such a low miler perfect example should be left alone and buy a higher mileage car as a canvas and paint whatever picture you want that is what i did. would love to see pics of the dino
