no worries Mike... doesn't appear to be an actual turbo, at least according to the carfax they have in the ad. The history report says C2. The ad says "AWD"... who knows what it actually is. No shot of the engine.

The ad is very misleading if this is true. One sentence says "turbo look" in the write-up.
I am shocked that a used car dealer would be so unscrupulous.

From the looks of the ad and the text it I'd stay away no matter what it is.
and driver side front appears to be lower than the pass side... heck, the whole thing is pretty slammed.

The VIN # is consistent with a 993 turbo.

As Marks said, the ride height doesn't look the same side to side. Would be interesting to get full story on the car though. If it's a real TT with no accidents, it might be worth a look. PSS10's, a major service and away you go. Probably too good to be true.

interesting... but the report shows a NA car? All of the reports I ran when shopping were labeled as "turbo/turbo s" on them.
guess a call to them would clarify.

EDIT: scratch that. Looks like a difference between CarFax and AutoCheck
CarFax does list it as a turbo. AutoCheck says Carerra 2.
Hmm... wonder what is wrong with it... back to you Mike

Well, it definitely leans to the left and the turbo emblem is from a 996.
