Turbo S prices.

Turbo S prices.
What does a relatively low mile (say 10k to 20k miles) turbo S actually sell for these days? I see them listed here and there from $165,000 to $185,000 depending on mileage. Do they actually sell in that range, or cheaper?

It is not unreasonable for a low milage Turbo S (under 10K miles), 100% stock, to sell North of $160K, and yes, they do actually sell in the price range you've listed. RPM Sport Cars currently has two Turbo S in the $180K range.

The market is massively illiquid, so prices can be all over the place depending on which party is motivated. I think there is a RLer who has an Arena Red TTS with 10-20k miles and was offering it for like 135-145. Do a search for it. Meanwhile, you see shocking things, like RPM buying one on Ebay for 135 and immediately listing it for 165 (~10k miles about a year ago), or Ruf buying one on Ebay for probably 110 and listing it for 150 (~30k miles earlier this year).
For sellers willing to wait, I think that the offering market is something like 175-1.5*miles +/- color adjustemnt -mods +/- condition adjustment. Those 175k-185k cars sit listed for a LONG time, but might get close to that mark. Cars in special situations can be way off of this estimate (<1k, >50k miles, super ugly, etc).
There is almost a monopoly by RPM and Sloan on the cars listed. Any car for sale anywhere for more than a brief time by someone else probably has something wrong with it, otherwise one of these guys would try to get it and mark it up to enforce the monopoly (or oligopoly, if you will). There could be deals out there, but they don't seem to last long before they disappear.

But the motorcars-intl car looks nicer. Lower miles, stock steering wheel. Don't know what else.
Edit: also the RPM car looks to have non-original carbon on the console.

How can you possibly buy a car like that and not even go through the breakin period? What is the point? It alludes me, but then again, I am not into garage queens. This is truly incredible though as the only way to keep its value means to never break the 1000 mile barrier.

Wow...incredible car...but I agree with Ron...how the heck can you enjoy this other than placing it in a museum?? If I were to buy one..I'd buy one for $185,000 with 4,000 miles and spend the other $75K on a sick 993 Turbo to drive the heck out of!
