Default Dumb question about seat controls

OK, dumb question time, and you can give me grief for actually asking....

993TT
seats have two round buttons on the side.
Up, down , forward, backward.
Yep, I am all good with that

993 Turbo S
Up, down , forward, backward
Switch for seat warmers
Also good with that

.......................................................................^
What is the 3rd round button on this seat ?

Yup. My 96 has it. Left and right = inflate/deflate, up and down moves it up and down.

What a dumb question! How could you ask such a thing?!

Just kidding, but you gave permission for grief-giving and nobody had yet taken you up on your offer!

Great looking car by the way, and I enjoyed your "devastation" thread.

Mine has no heat but I have the lumbar and it is really great...as a matter of fact I adjusted it less than a week ago. you can move it up and down as well as forward and back. although I am thinking of getting the gt3 seats next year

I don't suppose you have a copy of an options list tucked away anywhere ?

Adrian Streather's book "Porsche 993 - The Essential Companion" has a list of option codes in the back. It's an expensive book, but well worth the money as it is large covers the 993s quite extensively. If you want to post a picture of your luggage compartment lid (boot/trunk) sticker (near the latch), or a list of the option codes on it, I can look up the options for you.

WHB Porsche
Can you believe I have just bought the book last week !!

My question to Boost Crazy about options list was more about seeing what options were offered in Australia, and at what cost.

Thank you for the offer of looking them up, I appreciate it

BTW Q, no question posted here is dumb.
