Talking Spark plug change

Is it possible to change the spark plugs on the 993TT without dropping the motor ? And after removing the IC how long should it take.

Yes, it is.. Depends on how good you are at bending your fingers and hands at right angles.. Cylinders 1 thru 3 15-30 minutes.. Cylinders 4 thru 6>> Have fun.. Hour to 2hrs with some skin removed.

I hate to even ask, but what do those numbers become with a twin plug?

Let me put it this way, it is more economical to keep the car running on 7-8 spark plugs and break the engine after a few thousand miles, than replacing them every 10-12 hours if you track your car hard.

Don't know on how many I am running now, but I sure know at least 2 or 3 are not operational, but you don't even notice it..

Let's say that I would expect the UK bill for one complete spark plug change for TB993TT to be around 2500 USD including cost of 12 plugs

The bottom row of twin plugs is easy once you remove the turbos.

For the infamous plug#6 you should remove your passenger rear wheel and take off the access cover from the engine tin. Following Porsches directions on this really made it easier for me. I assume you already know this but...

You may need to get creative with the tools. I ended using someone else's trick and took a T-handled spark plug tool, cut off the T and filed 6 flats onto the shaft so that it would fit into a 7mm allen/hex bit holder. The universal joint is taped over with duct tape to give it flexibility but still some rigidity. The frame rails mean conventional tools are not easy to use.
