Just wanted to post an update...
My intercooler finally arrived as well as a new air intake kit that I will be testing out.
I dropped off the intercooler at my coatings company. They are applying a patented heat dispersement coating which is supposed to improve heat dispersement by 20%. I'll take some pics of the coated intercooler when I pick it up either Friday or Monday.

I finally picked up the intercooler from the coatings company. This coating is a polymer based coating whose primary ingredient is copper.. The efficiency levels of the intercooler are supposed to go up quite a bit..
I tried to think of everything on this intercooler and cover all the bases.. If you notice on the second pic I had 6 NPT plugs fitted which can be used for datalogging or temp & boost reference points. There are 2 on each inlet side and 2 on the outlet side.

LOL.. that's the first comment I made too.. It was pressure tested and everything is A O K...
Waiting for my car to come back from the shop.. They are working out my boost issues... As soon as that happens I'll install it.
I have access to the Hammer so I will do some datalogging with the Hammer once I've installed it.
Thanks!! You are not by chance in King City are you because I could have sworn a car that looks just like yours went by me on King Side Rd 2 days ago.. LOL..

Here are some pics of the completed door panels and rear seat delete that I picked up yesterday.. I finally got these back from the shop.. These are the last pieces to the interior of the car..
I chose a thick soft ultra suede material.. Its amazing how many different brands they have of this stuff.. There were at least 6 different swatches but this was by far the best quality material..
After seeing how these came out, I am going to redo the interior of my E55 (headliner plus all the pillars) in this black suede.
Once I get the car back in my hands I'll do the final install of the remaining pieces and take some final shots of the interior.

Bought it from another forum member who didn't need it anymore. I didn't like the black carpet so I had it recovered.
Thanks!
Thanks Manny! I am looking forward to it myself.
Thanks!
