Felix
Thanks....

LAT
40+ is in Farenheit I guess ? if yes then this is not bad - On a 21DegC day (70F) means you see 43degC (110F) max so within 22degC of ambient which is good....
The Secan limits to 25DegC above ambient but I think that is based on track use.
Like you say, it is amazing on the road how quickly the inlet temp drops when you get off the boost, if you watch it on the hammer it is even faster moving.

Your car at 1535kg is a good weight considering your Ruf IRC etc.... Do you have any 60-130 data to share yet ?

TB993TT

I am on Euro time and up at this crazy hour back home, landed on Thursday night.

The numbers I am sharing are deg C so not quite as good as that.

I should have XA-22 numbers next time I go over to run the car or HP Lieb may do it in the meantime.

Cheers.

I order one 3 weeks ago, haven't seen it yet, lets see how much more it will take, I'll keep you posted, Sonny.

Maybe they lower price for that 650-50 = $600 net price.
That wouldn't be a bad price for everything included..
count me in with that price
Do they ship international (to Finland)?

"Does anyone else use an IC gauge and if so what sort of readings are you getting versus ambient?"

I have used a fast response AT sensor before and after the intercooler connected to MoTeC. There is a big difference between a normal AT sensor and a fast response AT sensor in terms of what it actually reads.

A guy sent back an IC because of some problem. They did not refund his money like they promised they would. He had to shame them on this board before he got his money back.

If they are a fairly new company perhaps they are not well orgainsed yet. I would be a shame becasue they seem to produce some interesting products.

They don't even have a PO box listed on the contacts page.. that alone makes me wonder if they are much more than a ledger book stashed in the corner of some dudes apartment closet. It's amazing how 'big' one can make themselves seem with the magic of drop-shipping.

I hope it all plays out OK!

my friend used one of their 965 IC's on his 930 and it seems to work fine. the welds are nothing to write home about, but it fit well and does the job fine. the only complaint was they took double the time to deliver the product. I've had one on order for about 6 weeks for my 993, if it gets here in time I'll have it on the dyno for some real testing on a high power motor!

i have a 930 type mechanical boost gauge in the place of the clock. i have the clock wrapped in a towel and stuck behing the boost gauge to avoid any annoying warning lights . this combo gauge looks confusing to the eye. i think i'd stare at it and end up in a wall : )

Hey there LAT, any chance you'd be willing to post a photo of your setup?
A pic is worth a 1000 words, eh? Cheers!

I ordered as well. No answer, not looking good. Anyone contact their CC companies yet? I called and reported non-delivery though I paid by CC through Paypal.

I tried to open a dispute through paypal and I couldn't. Guess that is due to the fact that I ordered 3/8.

Guys, I have their prototype in my car and they are working out some minor programming issues and that is the cause of the delays. They usually respond to emails quite quickly.
