Patrick,
Beautiful car. With the exception of color (mine's blk/blk) I have almost the identical features in and out, including mileage at 11,250.
Which guage bezels do you have? Are they the Cup-Sport "Titan Look" found on E-bay??

They are original (factory option) bezels wrapped in body color leather.

My car is available again.
Buyer (a fellow rennlister) backs out at last minute (reason unknown) after two weeks of e-mail/phone calls and most of all a clean PPI (done on 11/28/06 which buyer had paid for).....oh well....
I really want this exceptional car to go to one of our own Rennlisters before I post ads on Autotraders or place it on consignment with a dealer.
Anyone looking for a well sorted and well kept mint '97 Turbo???

I was the Rennlister who backed out...but then sorted out the issues I had to deal with...got back in touch with Patrick and completed the deal...the car is on its way for some mods at RPM in Houston and then on to me in NJ

Congrats!! I am not a white paint person, but i have to admit the glacier white on that car really accentuates all the neat accents of the 993TT body. Very pretty!!!

Congrats on the new car.. It looks GREAT!!!! Pretty ambitious already with the mods... Which is not a bad thing to personalize your car.
The deletes are simple to do for the rear seats and the wiper. There are 2 types of rear seat delete. The one were you just take out the seat backs and belts, and the other where you install the Porsche "Rear Seat Delete" option. This is a flat carpeted piece of wood that fits over the seat bottom and give you either cubby holes or door that allow access. The factory piece looks really nice. I had one in a 3.6T. But they also weigh about 30 lbs or so.

Three Wheelin'
Bob,
As usual, you're the font of knowledge around here. If you're concerned with the weight issue and don't do the factory piece, do things end up looking a little, ahh, el cheapo? If you do the 30 lb option is the weight vs the removed seats a wash, more, less?
Thanks ... b
