yeah the weight is around 3150-3250 depending on options like pccbs and how much gas is in the tank.

CJ - that will be a sweet ride! Do you think it's possible to get a US-spec car delivered as light as 3,150#, considering that we don't get the carbon seats and we have to take the sunroof? I know you can get there with mods, but what about stock (I don't think so)...

The more i look at it, it appears that this one doesn't have a sunroof. If it did, the first picture should show it..... hmm strange.... maybe it's an Euro version they brought over....

from the front it doesn't look like it's got a sunroof, but from the back you can see it.

grant- i'm sure you can get the carbon RS-type seats through tequipment, i forget what you can delete regarding weight loss (not like porsche to do A/c or radio deletes anymore, right?) but just the pccbs save like 60-80 lbs, right? i don't know how much navigation is...maybe 10 lbs? smaller windshield washer +fluid is a pretty easy DIY on the 993 'airjordans' but i don't know about the new 'perrier' 996-997s. my comment was mainly regarding the level of the gas tank as some people weight them full, some empty and some with stumpy shaped humans in the seat.
i don't know what the pccb/ small radio/ no xenon/ skinny driver/ small battery/carbon seats/ half full tank weight is...but it's less than the porky stockers most people will order.

not to mention about 350kgs heavier than your RS replica with two people in it!

washers w/ HID is a legal thing I believe unless you have auto or manual adjust.
