The gear shift and e-brake ARE stock items. Gretchen, who will be here in a couple of weeks, (can't wait for you guys to meet her) has the same ones!

Phew! Was starting to get worried there... and as to the "right/wrong side" debate, I really don't mind what side the wheel's on... now that I don't smoke, my old excuse for prefering the wheel on the right (I can smoke and flick ash out with my right-hand) no longer holds... and truth be told, I prefer shifting with my right hand.

On the plus-side, RHD's exist in a micro-economy, as there's a very limited supply, and tend to hold their value better...
