3-spoke steering wheels

3-spoke steering wheels
I have gotten spoiled by the M sport steering wheel in my 530i, so I am looking to replace the 4-spoker on my car.
I know that the AJUSA wheel is a relative bargain at $799 including the air bag module. However, I saw this wheel on someone else's car and I did not really like the look or feel of it.
Carnewal has what looks like a 996 3-spoker which will fit our cars. It runs about $975 with the air bag module.
Does anyone have this wheel and what is their opinion of it.
What other wheels with air bags would people suggest I take a look at as well.
Thanks!

I replaced it with the CPZ "thicker" steering wheel and airbag from Gert Carnewal. It's just about perfect, and fits the interior really well. Compared to the M wheel, it's not quite as thick, but it has less padding, so I actually prefer the feel.
Sorry, I don't have a direct shot of the steering wheel, but here's my interior:

Yeah, it is a bit pricey, but after trying some regular 996 three-spoke wheels, I wasn't happy with them.
I bid on a couple of thicker CPZ steering wheels on eBay, but didn't win; and the winning bids were awfully close to Gert's price for a new one.
My seats are factory GT3 seats in speed grey, purchased from Viper Bob.

Jeff,
Sorry mate..
You're interior is so good looking, that I'm thinking of reporting this thread to the admin for posting pornographical material on the forum. I'm also thinking of reporting you to the nearest mental health institution. Such a clean interior must be work of a madman..

Jeff,
Those seats really update the look of the interior, especially combined with the more modern wheel and it looks like an MY02 shifter and e-brake combination.
How would you describe the seats in terms of ease of entry/exit and comfort?

Thanks for the compliments, everyone. Next to Kevin's GT1 turbo package and the RUF suspension, the seats and steering wheel are my favorite improvements. Not only do they update the look of the interior, but they really improve your connection to the car.
Hal, regarding ease of entry, the GT3 seats aren't too bad. They're definitely much better than a true race shell. I try not to drag across the side bolster so as to avoid wear, so I use my left hand on the door sill and drop my butt in first, and then swing my legs over. It's not as awkward as it sounds.
Once you're seated, they're quite comfortable. There's less padding than stock seats, but it's not uncomfortable. The "bucket" portion of the seat is wider than most race shells and is not as deep at the front, so you can still spread your legs for comfort. I'm 6'0", 200lbs, 36" waist, and the seat fits me well. For guys much larger than me, it would probably be a tight fit. The only complaint I've had from passengers is that your shoulders don't lie flat against the back of the seat due to its curved shape. This is fine for me as the driver, since I generally have two hands on the wheel, but for a broad-shouldered passenger on a long trip it might be a little uncomfortable.
I've done a couple of 2-3 hour stints in them and have not had any fatigue...
