JJB's day in court tomorrow....
Everyone please remember to wish him luck for tomorrow is his judgement day..... What was that violation again J... 125, 130, 135...Does it all seems like a blur at those speeds??? I Personally I think you'd look cute in a little orange vest out there cleaning up the highway for us law-abiding folks....

Guys
I'm working on the defenses as I'm posting. So far the best is the velocity defense. A "C" class going 119 has the same velocity as a Semi going 60 mph or a locomotive going 5 mph so its not that fast; problem is I'm admitting going over the limit. However it seems that Lidar has some very big short comings. The speed can be manipulated by the operator, something called sweep error. They aim at the license plate and hit the side mirror, the difference is approx. 4 ft which translates to 10mph at 60mph. I'll let you know how this one goes.

I was thinking about subpeoning you as a witness. And then I imagined the following testimony;
Judge: Where were you at the day in question?
Criag Trask: I was driving my 993 tt with the K24's to Crystal Cove car show
doing the speed limit of course your honor.
Judge: What are K24's?
Craig Trask: They are larger trubochargers which improve my 60-120 mph
times.
Judge: How fast were you going? Craig Trask: 125mph, errr I mean 55.
Judge: So you were racing the defendant.
Craig Trask: No, I was watching him race a pos BMW M3 which he has told
me numerous times that he hates because they constantly try to
engage him in illegal street racing.
Judge: I thought this was a simple case of a middle aged man driving a C
Mercedes and just punching it. Now I see there is a gang of street
racers.
Judge: Baliff, Arrest the defendant and give Craig a reward for turning in such
a dangerous criminal.
Judge: As you can see Mr. Trask, with your reward $ you can now go to Ruf
and get some needed horsepower.
Judge: JayJB as they call you on the internet, crime doesn't pay. You'll have to
sell your car, as your fine, to Jean for he needs awd.
Defendant: JJayB leaves the court room.

Good LUCK, sometimes we get lucky, I just beat an 85 in a 40 on Monday the presiding Judge must have been on the rag, I had been before her before and I was there for sentencing and a visiting Judge dismissed the case.
