Eric,

I was thinking about the RUF front bumper however I am concern with the Kevlar material. Have you had any experience with the Kevlar bumper in terms of durability from cracking, etc. I do like the look of the RUF (without the side vents though).

Have a look at these products:
http://www.stuttgart.co.uk/evo993/evolution993p1.html
They do away with some of the joins, have the "S" lip built in and may be a bit lighter.
My paintshop said my front PU had so much paint on it from previous "stone chip" jobs that the new paint kept cracking - I may try one of the above next time.

Tony
I don't have any experience personally. I always thought it was a nice clean look. I don't know a whole lot about the properties of kevlar vs. whatever the stock bumpers are made out of. Before i bought my car i looked at a black CTR2 here in SoCal. It's lower lip was cracked, so perhaps it's a little more fragile than stock, and definitely lower to the ground.
How's your car coming? Any news?

Ditto Steve's question.

It would be so nice to have a one pice front. Hopefully the pice is urethane or kevlar....anything but straight fiberglass !

TB, can you assist???

Thanks TB993tt

Jim,

I just sent an email requesting additional 411 on the Evolution 993 front bumper. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
