To simply add the leak down and compression might be a little as one hour if the shop is generous. However, if the shop view the test as a complete PITA, they might go as high a 3 hours depending on if the elect to charge the time "on the lift" vs. actual time doing work. If the car is "off the street" hot, getting at the back engine plugs is dicey for the mechanic, hot surface-wise...
All told, even if you like the shop, if someone estimates more than 3 hours, I would sure ask what the heck they are spending their time on.

fwiw, I just received an estimate of 4.5 hrs to do a PPI on a 993tt including compression or leakdown and pulling the inlet tubes to check the turbos. He said flat rate on the compression test was 5 hrs.
