Default Headers

Here are some pictures of some headers I had made here in Taiwan. The nice thing about these are the merge collectors.

They look very good, short, nice welds.. What size is the primaries? The merge collectors look like Burns? Folks this is what turbo headers should look like..

How do you get to the 3rd bolt to mount the turbo?

Kevin, the primaries are 42.7mm and the collector is not Burns. These are made by a friend who has a factory that makes mainly headers for Japanese cars. My friend also made the merge collectors. They are actually adapted from some Japanese import headers that he manufactures.

hatchy, the 3rd bolt access is a bit tight but not a problem.

Kevin
I installed them last night and havn't had the chance to drive the car yet. I'll post a report after I get a chance to drive the car.

Do you think your friend could make me a set too? And how much did it cost. At the moment I have cat bypass and a cargraphics mufflers, please let me know the sound and performance gain as i would like to rip out the whole thing and do what you've done with straight throught pipes and headers. thanks.

Albert
