Hey,
I don't know much about 993's, accept they look awesome. Anyway, I saw a 993 driving down the main street where I live the other day, so naturally I was in awe. There aren't many Porsche's around here. Then I noticed the buisness end was pretty wide. It was a Red Cab and it said Turbo S on the back. I wasn't sure they made such a thing. Is it a true Turbo S or a faux.
Thanks,
Eric

Actually Rob the factory built 12 993 turbo Cabs. Six were sold in Germany and six abroad.
Fritz Haberl a Munich dealer asked the Factory if a 993 turbo cab would be available and the factory told him there would if he could find ten buyers. He found 12 and they were built. Each costing $176K. BUt they only had the 360bhp 964 turbo motor. The first was registered in may of 95.
See what Chritsmas books can do!!

993tt (18k km) to California and had the top cut off! Have never seen it with the top down but the workmanship looks quite good. Not something I would ever think of doing to mine but, to each his own. He claims to have the only 993tt Cab.

There is an interesting thread on the 993 forum right now that explains the 993tt Cab. There were a few made, none came to the US and had a $175K price tag, Beverly Hill Porsche has 4 C-2S Cab conversions and I think that wicked motorsports was trying to sell a salvaged titled 993 turbo look cab.
