No change needed.
Well, my bozoness means that my bumper is not fitting that great. I took it off once and dremeled part of the fog light housing (from inside of the bumper off) to give the oil lines more clearence. One trick though is that you need to put the oil lines really really close to the outside wall of the trunk. I would suggest mounting the L shaped piece from the inside of the 5mph bumper. I think Jeff 993TT had posted a picture somewhere. Search the archives.
Right now the bumper fits better but not perfect. Probably due to my fitting instead of the oil cooler getting in the way. I was going to wait to get Bob's EVO II bumper but didnt get it so I guess I'll have to find some weekend to remount the bumper. It's kinda a pain in the *** as you have to remove the fender liners to do so.

Viper Bob installed my cooler...masterful work, and great company. There was one little piece of bumper that Viper Bob clipped to male the cooler fit it nice and snug. He'll tell you if you order the two resistors from DEVEK!
Those of us that have access to Viper Bob and The Austin @ DEVEK are really blessed...and Susan, what a peach!

If any of you bought the cooler and have decided not to put it on or are looking to sell yours, please let me know, I'm ready to buy now for the same price you paid. Thanks!

I had my oil cooler installed last weekend. I took it to Miracle Mile Collision in Toledo Ohio. An old gear head friend owns the shop. He is the most cerebral Porsche/race car/bodyman/mechanic that I know. Thinks like an engineer. If anyone else lives in the area and would like to talk with him call 419-473-1157 and ask for Ron Winters.
Ron replaced the copper crush washers with aluminum ones that are thicker than what came with the RUF cooler. It seems that copper ones are not thick enough because the threads on the banjo fittings bottom out and necessitate a retighening after a few heat cycles. To eliminate removing the bumper cover a second time just to retighten the banjos, instead get thicker crush washers, preferably aluminum. ID 25 or 26mm, OD 32mm
For the DIYers, the cooler mounting bracket that came with the kit is for the passenger side (stock) oil cooler not the RUF ( aux) cooler. You must use the new one with the oval hole in it to replace the one that is on the stock cooler. The hole allows the additional hoses to pass through to the aux cooler. Also the hoses fit very nicely behind the aluminum bumper and you can use the included bracket to hold them in place.
Ron took about 4 hours to do it. After the job is done he prefers Bud.

Den's post is very informative...especially the part about the copper VS aluminum washers. I really don't want to have to remove the bumper cover to re-tighten the banjo connectors.
