Question Tires!

My PSS9s are set at euro hight or the same as TTs, I my changing my tires and would like a opinion about going with larger size then the original. I want to use: FR-235/40/18 and BK- 295/30/18.
Any comments and will the tires rub against the fenders.

Thanks.
Chris.

All depends on the offset of the wheels. Pic the right ones. I´m driving with 235 in front with the fenders rolled over.

I have 235s and 295s with no rolling. Like Corte said though, depends upon offsets, camber etc.

Scott, what wheel sizes are you running those 235 and 295 on? Thanks.

I have 81/2 and 11 inch Fikse FM-10s. I don't know the offset, as they came on the car. I'm putting on some 245 and 305 Kumhos soon.

If you have the car lowered you are gonna feel the touch of the tires in the fender arcs on irregular roads and when turn on a very close curve. Sorry for my english guys ;.).

Corte: I disagree. My car is lowered and set to RS spec. No rubbing ever. My wheel are 18's, so perhaps that is a variable to consider.
Phil McGrath is running 315s and 265s on his car, and it is loooooow.
(Still completely stock though, of course)
