Default Slate Gray TT on BaT

Anyone have thoughts on this 993TT on BaT? I'm considering purchasing this one and would appreciate feedback on this one.

Did you buy it for $184,000 + fees? :-)

Cheers,

I'm generally not good with mods but that is pretty nice.

Stupid question but I looked all over BaT's website - how is the Title and Funds transfer handled? Do they act as escrow of some sort or do buyer and seller sort that out? That's the most worrisome part given what's allegedly happened at CNC Motors that one hopes BaT avoids - no consignment.

They are matchmakers - once a "deal" is done, it's up to the parties to do the transfers directly etc. Smart model, their charges go directly on the credit card that you supply as part of your bid profile, but they do not get involved in the messy stuff.

There have been deals that that have not completed once the auction is over, but the vast majority appear to work. I think this info is on their web site, including the rates etc.

I'm the owner of the car that sold. I"m sad to see the car go but the new owner seems great. BAT worked perfectly for this transaction. Once I verified funds were in my account, I released the car to the new owner who had it shipped home.
