Default New Tires

So I am about ready to change my almost new Michelin Pilot PS2s as they are more than 5 years old and I come to find out they don't make that tire anymore. What are yawl running on stock 993 hollow spoke wheels? Bridgestones? Michelins?

6 months ago I bought some new tires for my 997TT, and went with the PS4s, Great tire, high-dollar. Now I also just bought tires for my 993TT for a new set of BBS wheels. I did a lot of research on them and went with General Tire GMax RS, as they are about 2/3 (or less) the cost of the Michelins and get great reviews. Only have put about 50 miles on them and I am happy, but not a big enough test period to note. Anyway, one way to go. Good luck!

I don't believe the Michelin PS 4S is available in 285/30/18

I see the PS2 is available on Tire Rack (N3 Porsche approved)

I currently have Continental Extreme Contact Sport on my Turbo and they aren't bad.

PS2'S, Just go 295 rear.... I'm getting some soon as Well.

I have Extremes ( no "N") on my 95 coupe just because I wanted a Wide set for 17's, Little sidewall roll but for that Car, they do OK.

I Tried Sooooo Many Tires, No "N'' rated... No real Fun, IMO.

I'd also consider trying the Bridgestone S007A

Hi all.

I have a similar question. I've really wanted to try the Michelin PS 4S's but the rear tire size for the 18" hollow spokes isn't available. Has anyone tried the 285/35 ZR18 101Y PS4 on the back. Is it too tall or rub?

My favorite dry performance tire on my old 993 whip, was the Yoko AD08s. I think it's now called AD08R. please check.

If ya need a little more bite in the mud/snow, go with:
