Congratulations....great Porsche and nice dollar buy....I just missed a very late '97 with 19,000 miles at $72,000, but it needed a clutch....Was to be certified via PCNA { not clutch }
You can't go wrong with Mr. Callas out in Sealy...ask DFJ1 on the 993 forum....they are good friends and he takes car of his racing Porsche
Ciao

Your's looks like wet candy... Absolutely beautiful!
Mine looks like it ran into a pissed off brillo pad. After seeing your pic, I'm afraid to go look at mine. I think I'm going to spring for a professional buff and polish.

That's great Tim... Glad everything worked out for you. Car looks gorgeous!!
That fan cycle's on and off to help cool the motor a little after the car is shut down. Normal operation...
So what is the first mod? Get ready to send you wife on extended shopping trips....
Pin, tells us how close a 993 can get to a wall while spinning, and still not hit it....

It still amazes me that the car came to a complete stop only a few inches from the wall. I thought that I was going to crash for sure. I sincerely thank God that my car didn't crash into the wall...
Btw it was nice to see you again yesterday, Bob... it's always fun to hang out with you and the gang

Tim -- Very nice car! They look great in black (for about 10 minutes!) and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I just wanted to add that I decided to use Mike Callas based on other board members recommendations and he was great to deal with. When I was there shortly before the first of the year, he was talking about going to Daytona to help one of the teams test for the 24 Hour race -- he knows his stuff.
