from my personal experience....

ECU = 0.5 hr [after seat is removed]
k-24's = 14.0 hrs
Cargraphic oil cooler = 2.5 hrs
Cargraphic intercooler = 0 [included in k24 time]
pss-9 = 6.0 hrs
cat bypass = 0 [included in k24 time]
swaybars = 0 [included in pss9 time]
strutt bar = 0.5 hrs
gt-3 seats = 1.0 hrs [pair]
carbon fibre interior kit ?? hrs
fuel regulator 0 [included in k24 time]

Total = 24+ hrs

Paul's numbers are probably a good estimate for someone with experience doing these mods. I installed an aux oil cooler myself, and just removing and reinstalling the front bumper was a good 3 hours. I also have done cat pipes and the time there can very greatly depending on the condition of the bolts in the exhaust system - although as you are swapping out the turbos it will likely be easier for you that it was for me.

The famous question , How is that 360?????????
Well, when I first decided to but the 360 was the day when when i saw it on the cover of Motor Trend Mag sometime in 2000. It was a silver spider. I went nuts when i saw it. I had to have it. I believed thet it was the most beautifull car that had come to the streets in many many years. I thought, i'll sell my turbo for $80K or therearounds and just buy the 360. I started looking but the car was impossible to get from the dealer, 3-5 yrs waiting list at the time, around $350,000 on the market from resellers. So, being from Europe and having connections over there ik found my car in 2001. I got it brand new in Paris from Ferrari thru someone and had to pay approximately $70K over sticker. but I had to have it. It was the exact color I wanted i.e Silver/Black with the Daytona seats.
So, I picked up the car in europe and cruised all over i.e Belgium, Switzerland, Venice italy etc.. The first day that i got the car, I thought I was in heaven. The second day, I banged up a wheel on a curb in a turn. Bummer!! The car is soooo much wider than my TT and i miscalculated. That cost me about $350 for a new rim, no big deal. I will never forget the experience of driving that 360 in Europe. You get respect from everybody. You can truly drive it, w/o constantly worrying about cops. The respect you get in Italy with a Ferrari is insane. From going thru the paytolls to the ladies in the street !!! That whole experience was incredible.
I flew the car back from Frankfurt to Los Angeles and drove it around the states as a tourist for 1 year. Did great trips such as the National Arches park in Moab, Utah and the grand canyon etc.. I got my car federalized by GK Tecknologies out of Santa Anna, CA. This was a very simple affair and i am very pleased with those guys.
What happened to the TT??? Well, I just couldn't let go of it. (I did put in on Ebay once, but the responce i.e +/- $65K was not what i was looking for)
For one the TT represents a time of my life when I started making money.
But foremost, IT IS SIMPLY AN AMAZING CAR, AN INCREDIBLE DISPLAY OF INGENUITY, TECHNOLOGY ETC.. So I said , F.... it, I'm not selling it.
The two cars are totally different. you guys all know how incredible the TT is so i won't bore you.
The 360 is more beautifull IMHO. The 360 is also a lot more BLING. The 360 drives like a go-kart, sits lower, it factory set up much stiffer. It is car that requires a lot more attention from the driver be it from parking it to really hitting it. It is a lot of fun on tight mountain roads (which we have a lot of in Aspen), The whole experience of the spider with the top down is insane, the car was so well designed that you can drive the car as high speeds w/ the top down on cold days and be perfectly comfortable out of the wind. The quality of manufacture is incredible, no cheap plastic pieces but solid aluminum instead, everything screams quality in that car. (which is besides the exterior look, one of my main problems with the 996)
The 360 could use more power, that the only thing. At 400Hp I think an additionnal 50-80HP would be nice. On indepence pass, a tight mountain road in Aspen, my friend with his 996 GT2 modified cannot loose me. The car is just very tight and a blast to drive.
I put the HARMANN wheels on mine with 335 in the back. It looks awesome.

Hope this will help. Hope I was not to long

How many miles on the TT? If you're close to a service interval (with plugs) and/or needing a clutch, this would be a good time to drop the engine and get it all done in one whack. Consider a clutch upgrade to a beefier but lighter unit, to handle all that new HP! You might also consider the EVO (or other brand) billet diverter valves and the 5 bar fuel-pressure regulator, along with your other mods.

To your time estimate, add about 4 hours for corner balance/alignment, after changing the shocks.

How about a few pictures... the TT and the 360? And thanks for the great reply on the 360. That is one of the world's most beautiful cars!

Q,

thanks for the lovely job of posting my pictures. They do look sweet, don't they? So different, but so compatible. The picture of the TT was taken before the mods. The only thing it has is the european springs and a sport exhaust.
I have decided to add the lightweight flywheel since i am doing all of the other mods. It will be an easy add on and make the install of the k24's so much easier.

adegraeve and Q,

Thanks for posting those pictures. What an awesome pair. Someday, you'll have to pose them side-by-side. Gadzooks that 360 is one amazing piece of sculpture.

Diverter valves and 5 bar FPR. Keep them in mind.
