How many miles if you don't mind me asking and did you notice any performance change/smoking/leak down numbers?

^thx
Not sure you can do much about the cracked ceramic apart from replacing the head. As long as there are no loose pieces, probably ok. A couple of mine had cracks but I decided to reuse them as they were otherwise good (previously reworked and two plugged).
Hmm here is my list of 'while you're there'
Plug wires
Upgraded turbo hoses (S car go)
serpentine belt (check pulley sits flush with fan - I have a thread where I had a problem due to casting marks)
Clutch, accumulator
Engine mounts
Cylinder temp sensors
New sound deadening foam

Check /replace
MAF
Alternator
throttle cable

Yes. My ceramic looks worse and in all cylinders
the wires are to be replaced to
the alternator pulley were always a little finicky
when it was converted the pulley and alternator were changed which worked well when running higher rpm but in street driving was never very effective so this will be corrected to
I hadn’t thought of engine mounts
the mechanic is pat Duggan and he has extensive experience with these turbo R. He has taken care or three of them that resides in this area
thanks bob

Looking good, I've seen your car there at Inskip in recent months. Hope things will be all squared away for you to enjoy the driving season in the new year.
