911/Q45: I hear ya. He claimed to have spent a considerable amount of time going over the hydro. system and found no leaks. Time will tell. Obviously if it happens again, we have a problem.

PramTT: I'll check that right now... nope. dry as a bone. No signs of leakage anywhere down there. Not even a single drop on the garage floor, either.

I just joined the goofy clutch club on my turbo

There is no clutch at all..it won't allow me to engage a gear,along with that..when it is idling..and i turn the stearing wheel a bit..there is a loud *metallic bearing going out*sort of noise

The truck is on its way

Sounds like a massive leak that depleted the power steering/clutch fluid. That loud noise would be your power steering pump shredding itself!

Well..i heard back from the service manager.He tells me that the clutch slave cylinder has gone out and needs replacing.The bill for the parts and labor is about $1,100 so it looks like i lucked out.

Well, it's back in the shop. This time I checked the correct resevoirs and they were both still full. The clutch was so limp the pedal was hanging down about 2 inches. I reached down and pulled it up a coupla times and that seemed to pressurize the hydro system enough for me to make it to my mechanic. :-( Keep y'all posted...
