From the looks of your picture I'd say not. I have a CDR210 in my 95 993 cab and it looked different on the back. My car didn't have its CR1 harness anymore because the PO had cut it off to install an aftermarket Piece of S@&t that I quickly removed! I had to splice my cars wires to the harness that came with the 210 I bought from a fellow Rennlister.
It turned out great and looks appropriate in the dash.

No they are not the same. You'll need an adapter from the CR1 harness to whatever you want to connect it to.

The fine folks at bergvillfx.com would probably be able to help you out as they sell numerous harness adapters for Porsches.

I agree: Patch cords to adapt the CRD-210 radio to your car's existing plug/harness logic is much more preferable than cutting and splicing.
