993 c2s, turbo spoiler or stock
Hi guys, new to the board, Im buying a 98c2s this week(obsessed with the wide body) and want to know thoughts on wether to put the turbo tail on it. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

You should choose which appeals to you, of course--I prefer my C4S as it is, without a tail. I think it looks great as-is. I would feel different about the tail if the car actually was a turbo, however.

Go for the TT tail. Its to the widebody as cuffs is to dress pants. Here's my C4S all dressed up and ready to run. My elevator tail is home in a box for casual Fridays.

I'm not a big fan of the TT tail - I prefer no tail or the RS tail...

I also thought of going through that and up to now I have resisted adding a fixed wing.
Personalizing your car to your own taste is the best thing on the Porsche World....but many people prefer unmolested original examples.
The double grill is unique and looks awesome in the widebody my .02c

I for one LOVE whaletails.....got one on my '86 911 coupe. What other marque can a grown adult feel comfortable hanging a huge spoiler on the rear deck, and not be laughed at??
BUT......the "S" widebody 993's look best without a tail. IMHO. I 2nd the others' opinion about the split grill on the C2S being especially nice.

A split grill sure would look good on my car. PM me if you would consider selling it.
