Thanks! Will try that. They are great wheels but I'm trying to clean up my meager basement storage space for more Hoosiers. Always more Hoosiers. Did I mention more Hoosiers?

I swear I just saw a WTB post for these wheels. Perhaps it was over on the PCA Mart.

Here it is:

Thank you sir!

I'm not a member there. Is there any chance you could point him to this ad here?

Not a member of the PCA!?! Shame on you! $46/year is all it takes and the monthly Panorama magazine is much improved

It looks like that WTB ad was pulled. I presume he found himself some wheels.

I've been, for years. The issue is that my collection of Panorama magazines are tilting the Earth rotation as we speak. And local PCA clubs don't allow convertibles without rollbars to autocross on race tires, which means that i don't autocross with PCA.

Other than that, why be a PCA member? It's not an idle question, I think I'm fairly active in autocross community and here on Rennlist, so what does PCA provide me for $46 a year, considering that I don't read paper publications? I'm a paying member of SCCA, BMWCCA, local Miata club (all bodies I autocross with), Rennlist. So, why PCA on top of all those?

For the prestigious member's only sticker, obviously.

Kidding aside, you raise a fair point. My father has been with the PCA for years and his Panorama collection has become a bit of a problem around the house...

There is that PCA members only raffle though. I figure one must have better odds of winning that than the state lottery. And if you win, you have a pretty good argument for convincing your significant other of why you should have *another* Porsche in the stable.

well, hey, I have those stickers stacked up in the drawer. They don't quite balance the old Panoramas, so the Earth is still tilted.

As for the raffle... my dad, back in the old country, 40 years ago, told me a number of times not to gamble with government. This was in regards to the government lottery, but it resonated well - I don't do any kinds of raffles, lotteries, etce. Not sure that's the reason why I haven't won anything yet, either, as I have a long standing theory, substantiated by a former GF, who was a statistics PhD from Harvard, that chances of winning a lottery are approximately equal, whether you buy a ticket or not. And I already own 4 convertibles... so where would I put another one?

Smile 10 Spokes

Why these haven't sold is a mystery to me. I have had several sets in the past before I got the 18" wheel bug. They are super light. For you track nuts, squeeze 235s on the fronts and 275s on the rears...at least that's what I did and it worked well.

Present price is a steal....

Thanks, Martin!

That's what I think, too, nice and light BBS wheels at this price and willing to take offers...
