I'll be driving up from Oceanside about 5:00AM in order to be able to park in the air cooled parking for which I paid.

The event starts at 7:00 AM and runs until 2:00PM. I don't know if parking opens at 7:00AM, or earlier, or how this dealio is going to work so I'd like to get down there early to figure it out. Stop and get some coffee and a bite to eat before parking maybe...

Also, I'm an amateur auto photographer and want to make good use of my camera. So, the earlier the better to be able take photos of everything.

If anyone wants to gumball rally it down there, let me know.

New member here, but I'll be attending. Bringing my (soon to be) father-in-law as he has a 993 C2, but don't believe we'll bring it. I'll be driving my F80 M3, so parking in general parking but planning on trying to get there early.

 

I'm leaving from orange. Near Anaheim 55/91 Fwy. Paid to park inside. Was gonna leave at 6. ....how do I prevent burning my clutch waiting in the long line to get in.

I just got home and have a ton of pictures. Good fun on the drive up at 5AM, picked up something in my 3 week old right front MPSS that is causing a slow leak, pumped it up to see how much it would leak during the day...lost about 25 psi, filled it to 40 psi before the drive home and made it without incident, The weather turned out to be ok in the end at the event. Met some great people, too.

- Overhearing CA RLers who are driving instructors at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles realizing they're lucky to have so much Porsche goodness so close
...without someone having to tell them
