Kevin,

Thanks for the photo. Looks like you finally debunked the "Porsche Crest in the Skull" myth.

Hope the photo isn't of your car !!

Really? Although I've not worried about the 356 hood badge affixed to my 993 oem 4 spoke airbag cover, the airbag deployment is different than on the 996 oem crested 3 spoke pictured above:

And the OEM 3-spoke comes with the crest from the factory.

Dan and Todd,

I know both of you are concerned with my safety and I appreciate it. Not to worry, I have the three spoke wheel like Kevin's 996. Besides, with my glasses on and the cell bug phone in my ear, I'm probably done for anyway.

This is my wheel - Todd, this was in my car when you saw it:

I'm not at all concerned. You're a big boy who plays w/planes & electric current, so I assume you can evaluate risks. I was just pointing out that the oem 4 spoke wheel airbag deploys differently than the pictured oem crested 3 spoke.

Thanks to everyone for their responses.. I picked up the AJ USA crest and it looks great.

What is the best way to remove the pin on the back?? Hacksaw (eek)? There must be a better way..
