Yes, $10k less for a cab sounds typical from what I've seen. Smaller audience, perception of less performance/capability, more stuff to go wrong.

Meh, I haven't seen very many coupes in this thread that I'd trade straight across for.

$47 for the cab seems good for a no stories car (assuming no stories). Then again, I am a cab guy.

Any idea what a 'full leather' interior adds to the value of a 993 Cab?

Default A options value of a twenty year old 993 series ..

993 model types certainly have a known relationship to value, but specific options might rest, In-the-eyes-of-the-beholder ,,, or in this case buyer. An answer to your query might be; days on market ala the Real Estate metric or value in use.
The Full Leather option cost on the 993 cabriolet was roughly $3,000. and $4,200 for coupes. The Twin Turbo model 993 had a Full Leather interior as built from the get-go.

There are plenty of Full Leather interior advocate's out there; This was the first option box checked when ordering the S coupe. Yet for others leather interior is the last option purchased, if at all. On the flip side, I'am casting for a 1-owner Cayman, only Full Leather will do.

Spot on, Mr. Schneider, it was indeed a $3k option.

Disraeli Gears -
Nice 993 build .... an "understated" aesthetic motif order if there ever was; paint-to-sample, black Full Leather, w/Supple Leather, Pwr, heated, lumbar seating, Litronic's, etc., A very nice understated 993 C4 cabriolet.

Out of curiosity - What's the PTS color called? As an aside, IIRC the 993 production offered a Metallic White-ish something-or-other paint color for a stupid $10,000- amount.

I wish I could get a wind deflector for $357 these days. Even used. Have not seen many in the wild.

Is it reasonable to think tip drops the value at least 10-20% if not more? I notice a lot of the normal->good condition tip 993 are not selling even at low $40k to late $50k.

I noticed more low mileage 993's are showing up for sale recently. Here are some examples. Also a few for sale in the 50k mile range. Just an observation. I haven't seen this many for sale all at once.

Not just low mileage cars need mileage and high mileage as well. That is what happens when the market almost doubles within two years. ( that was about three years ago ) Makes sense that a lot of cars are now coming out of the garage because they are not being used and there is a reason to take a high price at this point . It may take a bit to absorb the current inventory . Like any commodity there are ups and downs in the marketplace . If you still have it now might be the time to drive it !

Would you put targa's in the same camp as the cab?
