Our other car is a 2008 328i. Rear ended hard and sent into car ahead of us.

Hope you're OK. Forget this car and start looking for a replacement. This car is a total loss.

As Ilko says, this car is a total loss.
You really don't want this car.

Hope everyone is OK.

Not specifically BMW but Roman at Star Motors on 35 St off northern Blvd does body work for some of the high end dealerships in NYC and on LI and always has a couple of ferraris and lambos in the shop as well pretty much any other high end marque you can think of.

Ilko is right.

Damage to rear, front and airbags deployed will exceed the FMV test used by adjusters. If you want a name for a great bodyshop in Glen Cove, NY, I would go to Martino Auto Concepts. Check their website. Outstanding quality and works on all the high end stuff. Highly respected.

I think any of the shops mentioned will probably give your adjuster a big enough number to total the vehicle. Unfortunately as usually is the case in these situations you're going to wind up being out of pocket on this if you want an exact-ish replacement. Glad all are OK. Best of luck.

That car is gone.

M-Spec performance is a great shop, and they're just east of Williamsburg. When I brought my E39 M5 in for oil, they inspected the whole car and emailed me a report with photos and explanations of issues. Very knowledgable people from my small experience.
