That's awesome. Thanks so much for doing this Max. Any chance you can do a silver center too (keeping polished lip) like what I posted originally?

Props to Max for helping another person with his photoshopping; he's been assisting for quite a while.

I'm usually not a big fan of black-centered wheels with silver rims but that combo really works with guards red. Also, the photo of the silver FM-10s is brighter than what you would normally see in real life.

Here is a link to photos of more guards red 993s with silver FM-10s:

I think gold would look good and different (in a good way) for a red 993.

Thanks for posting Mark. I paid $2300 so I guess I got a good deal! Always loved these wheels on the 993!!

Most of the wheels in this post, including the one you posted, look like polished centers vs attic silver painted finish.

I do like gold but wil probably get tired of it quick (still in the running though). Silver seems to be the best option. Or I may run them as is and refinish down the road. No curb rash...just some nicks in the painted centers.

I think black or gold would look great. Silver is bleh to me but in full disclaimer all three of my fun cars have solid black wheels.

I would go gold in a heartbeat. Absolutely. Black is overdone, silver is clean and nice, but gold makes a statement and is of the period.

I like the black because in my mind it recalls the Fuchs wheels, which have always been my favorite Porsche wheels. It's not overdone, it's heritage .

Plus it looks killer with the Guards red.

Very true, it does have history with Porsches. The look has just been beaten to death on everything other than Porsches, to me.

OP, I'm glad you got some quality Photoshop help. Make up your own mind -- who cares about our opinions?
