I purchased the bumperette deletes (thanks (GMorat) and plan on combining with Euro side lenses and HID Euro lights tp repace stock fogs. I noticed the bottom screw thread on the bumperette could be an issue as I want the option to return to stock. Can the Euro side lenses be installed without modifying?

When I first did this, the two bolts/studs on mine pushed the euro lenses out by a couple of mm. I mulled it over (permanent mod....) then took a few mm off each stud. Euro lenses are now flush, and the fugly rubber bumpers can still bolt back in if desired.

Yes, if I remember correctly I took a few mm off each but there is still plenty left to return to stock if needed. LimeyBoy's original plug used both mounting bolts but I reduced it to just one for simplicity and ease of fitting as none of the holes are exact from car to car. Close, but no cigar! The edge on 3 sides around the face of the bumperette are for people who wanted to glue them in place permanently to the bumper-cover without using the original bolts but I'm not sure if anybody actually used them this way.
I sold my first 2 993's with the bumperette deletes in place and the parts in a box that just came with the car so it's probably safe to say you won't be going back. One other thought would be to heat the back of the euro lens and then make indents without making holes by heating the plastic but this may be trickier than it seems. I would mark the correct position by putting some paint on the mounting bolts and then just placing the euro lenses so you get where to modify as accurately as possible.
