While I have no intention of ever making a batch again, I have put them up on Shapeways if people want to take a roll of the dice and see if that works.

I've made two variants in different materials and the smooth plastic would seem to less needs finishing but I just can't vouch for any of these. I used to get them printed in SLA but it's difficult to equate to what Shapeways has available.

I'm making these disclaimers here as well on the add for the parts.

@gmorat, thanks for putting them up on Shapeways. My car will be going in for some front end work so I thought this may be the right time to do this. Has anyone tried the Shapeways parts and, if so, how's the quality?

Missed the above. If anyone else has a set laying around, please let me know.

Or if anyone has tried the Shapeways version, please share your thoughts.

Just to be as upfront as possible....I have no plans to ever make another run of these. I made three runs and the difference in how quickly the first and third runs we're purchased was night and day. At the end of the third run, I'd had sets in boxes for months and it was obvious the demand wasn't there. I didn't realize there was a waiting list and while you can put your names on it, it "probably" won't mean anything.

They are on Shapeways if people need them but I never used them myself from there or find a set which someone bought but never installed.

I bought a set on Shapeways a couple months ago. They worked out great. Maybe $60-70 plus an hour or so plus sanding to make them fit. Then I had them sprayed along with some other parts.

Do you have the link to the item on their site?

I also deleted my headlight washers with some $1 Hillman plugs from Lowe’s. Spray them at the same time.

Brilliant work! So much cleaner than the nasty warts. Really good look on the washer nozzle delete also. Nice to know that the Shapeway bumpertte delete plugs worked out for you. This is really the best way to distribute them as it doesn't matter if one sells in a year or not as there's no money tied up stock that is sitting around for long periods of time.
