Why? Yea, well.. Hehe! Why do I love Porsche?
Why do everyone in here love Porsche?
Why do I want to make it hotter to stand out in the crowd when standing beside other 993..
If you ask me it's a silly question..
Some of us likes to modify our cars and some likes to drive original, it's as simple as that..
If I bought a Ferrari instead, I would modify it aswell... But who wants Ferrari anyway?

How about neon licence frame, and neon under the fenders and under the rocker panels. I think purple, green and pink would look great.
Curb feelers and a huge amp in the back seat to really pound out that base.
Seriously. if it doesn't make it go faster, stop better or corner quicker, DON"T DO ANYTHING!!

Anyway, this is the best looking 993 I've seen..

I actually have those front lips being colored as we speak, but in midnight blue. Then comes the next step.. The sideskirts!

the second car you posted looks good, in fact I just bought the same wheels, but I think the turbo whale tail would look better. I'd leave the wings to the highschoolers.

No offense, but is there any reason to stereotype highschoolers? By this statement solely, it is not negative. But, the other statements had a negative connotation proving that you don't especially like wings, but what is wrong with highschoolers and what do they have to do with wings in this specific topic? They seem like two pretty irrelevant subjects to me. I would leave some wings to ricers, but not highschoolers. There are tons of good kids out there, and only a real small percent have any relation to big wings and rice cars. I don't like that 996 either (mainly because of the pimp wheels), but do whatever pleases you Miraculix--don't worry about what other people think about you and your car. Sean--I don't mean that as a flame at all so don't take it the wrong way; I just don't think it is an appropriate syllogism.

I think the 993 looks best without bodykits (no cabriolet this, nor targa that). I also prefer the narrow body over the widebody, which conveniently I own unless I "get my twin screw motor on".
Having said that I think that 996 looks great. It's a bit over the top but very racy. If I was going to mod my 993 with a bodykit, Poon's setup or the 993 Carrera RS is what I do.

Poon's car is gorgeous.
That red 996 doesn't look that far removed from a track car, again, those headlight covers notwithstanding and maybe the street wheels. A set of Fikse FM-10's would look right but I also see many track cars with Fikse FM5 5 spoker wheels.

i like the splitters and the rs side skirts to fancy up a 993. i think the s body split grill is nice as well but i'm not a fan of adding a tail. just my 2 cents....
