Default Took a drive yesterday in my 993

This car feels like my mistress, it's only a few times a month that I get this car out, planned to head out to Muir Beach from the East Bay, working a half day and timing the Westbound journey to Marin and the return with minimal traffic, it worked!

Felt so comfortable on this Spring day that I used the AC and radio on the Freeway, cutting these luxuries off to open the sunroof and windows, enjoying just listening to the flat six's mechanical sounds and appreciating the ergonomics of this 22 year old car.

Want to do this again soon.

I did the same thing every other day last week
Day 1: Total 600 miles
Elk Grove to San Luis Obipo via I5 => hw41 => hw46
San luis Obispo to Elk Grove via 101 => i80 =>

Day 2: 300 miles
Elk Grove to Halfmoon bay via 80 => hw1

Day 3: 450 miles
Elk Grove to halfmoon bay via 80w and 880
Halfmoon bay => Pescadero via Skyline blvd + hw1
Pescadero => Carmel by the sea via hw1
Carmel by the sea => Elk Grove via 101, 152, i5

Day 4: 350 miles
Elk Grove => Point Reyes via 80, ca37, hw1
Point Reyes => Elk Grove

Now I'm tempting of driving the 993 up to Vancouver BC via HW1 and back through Yellowstone. I haven't owned any car that is addictive as this 993. To name a few, 2 BMW E30s, a MKV GTI, a Toyota Supra.

Nice! Are you using an OBD2 connector to get data into Harry's? If so, which one? Video from GoPro or from dash mounted phone?

So many ways to enjoy these cars, driving, racing, wrenching and listening to classic tunes.

GoPoint, but as you can see it works crappy as the refresh rate is too slow out of OBD2 even with 10hz GPS which makes HLP record at that rate.
