Jäger, it was great meeting and talking with both of you and your wife yesterday.. I hope to talk with you again in a near future/event. It was a fun day with Porsche motor heads, great people and cars....
1 of many highlights was meeting new RLers & old friends like race911, 993C4Rs, producerjohn, C4SJOHN, spdklz, TheBen, salo65, Kika, gonzilla, AZ Targa, jbronsonl, Tony, Frankie & Artsee.

Had a great time at Luftgekuhlt, just a little disappointed that I got a spot for the Targa and then ended up not being able to take it out to LA for the show. next time I guess . . . .
Alex-- You're the man: congrats on finding your 2nd 993, the 3rd in your family

John-- Had a blast with you, Keith, & Mike! Though I didn't get to see your C4S in person, SO glad we talked about it: After we parted, my subconscious went to work, suspecting though we'd never met, that I'd seen your 993 in person before. Strange, huh?
Truth is stranger than fiction: my photo from Ed Hughes' "SoCal (+Arkansas & Nevada!) RL meet @ Irvine C&C" thread.
Think you were the 1st to leave & we didn't get to chat. So cool to make up for it 3 years later!
Great photos of the event--as Autoweek said, ONE BILLION on the web.
Ken-- After you 'disappeared' quickly at the beginning, thought I'd never find you again. Had a blast when we caught up, walking around with you & the air-cooled propeller fans
Was awesome to finally meet the Famous Jager and the lovely Mrs. Jager...But more importantly to finally see Speedy in person. So many fantastic cars and cool people.
Enjoyed the Kühlt cult - you could feel the Luft love in the air!
So many propeller-heads & cool cars in 1 groovy setting.

Met an air-cooled fan who drove out from GA. Heard attendees even visited from other countries.
Artsee-- Thanks for your time answering my PM about entrance procedures.
Eichlerman-- Tim, hope my answer to your PM about entrance procedures helped.
Thanks Curve Lover for the PM.
Knowing the time was great but it too bad they didn't provide a little more guidance. I lucked out and got in a semi OK line. It was quite confusing.
It was a fun day. So many amazing cars, but some of my favorites were the Carrera GS, Seinfeld's GTS and Emory's outlaw. Super cool to hang out with old friends like Jäger, Keith, Walrod, etc, and meet some new ones too! I couldn't believe how big this thing has gotten!!! I'll post some pics soon too as soon as I get them of my camera.
So, the day started at a friend's nearby shop. Kika joined in, but was camera shy. A couple of the Rauh Welts showed up.
And before everyone gets all huffy, there was some other stuff there too (my car and a factory RS club sport).
We all headed to... Vernon?
When we got there, we ran into a few celebrities.
There was lots of grey and silver.
But there were lots of colors too.
Including what I overheard described as "baby poop"
Overall it was a great time. I had a little trouble connecting with all the 993 RL'ers amidst the sea of people from other p-car factions, so maybe for the next one we should plan a RL993 after-party somewhere.
