RS, it seems your front tire wear rate is rather high also. I was just getting ready to have my car aligned and ride height to the RS specs but I don't know if I can afford the rubber

993RS: Back in the days when the 993 was Porsche's new model I spent a few weeks in Indianapolis working on a motorsport project with a guy called Dieter from Porsche Motorsport in Weissach. The 993 was a popular topic of discussion, one of the things Porsche were very pleased with was how accessible the car's performance was. As an example of just how easy it was to exploit the car's performance, Dieter cited that customers' biggest complaint was how fast they were getting through tyres. His view on that was that it reflected how good the car was, not anything to fret over. <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[burnout]" />

John,
Thanks. I was not fretting about the mileage I was getting on my tires actually, burt ratherI was just fretting about the stories of other drivers getting 4 to 5 times more mileage... But maybe it really is because I have curvy roads, as opposed to a lot of mainly freeway drivers...
